Michelle Ferrie, BSN
Owner, Clinical Director
Detail oriented and self-driven, Michelle has worked as both a staff and travel nurse, specializing in critical care nursing. She earned her BSN at Husson University. In addition to a successful nursing career, Michelle owns and operates a significant residential property business in Bangor, Maine and is an Aerial Transporter for the US Air National Guard.
Sandy Marincic
Executive Director
Sandy has more than 20 years' experience in international project management, human
resources, and organizational leadership in a variety of industries. She holds a master's
degree in Professional Leadership from Carlow University and has spent much of the
past 20 years working and traveling in Asia, Oceania and Europe. Now she is excited to
apply her skills to healthcare staffing and delighted to be spending as much time as
possible in beautiful New England.
Jeri Misler
Director of Public Relations and Recruitment
As the current Managing Artistic Director of The Gracie Theatre at Husson University in
Bangor, Maine, Jeri brings a wealth of experience in management, marketing, and
public relations to High Peak Healthcare. Jeri holds an MFA degree from Pittsburgh
University where she served as adjunct faculty. As recruitment director, Jeri looks
forward to working with medical professionals interested in spending time working and
visiting the beautiful Northeast. Jeri and her husband, Scott, enjoy hiking and
entertaining, and their newest passion, paddleboarding. Together, they raised three
beautiful daughters and reside in the quaint village of Winterport, Maine.
Scott Misler, Psy.D.
Director of Client Relations
Scott has more than 20 years practical experience as a psychologist and expert in
relationship building, He brings insight and humanity to the team (although he claims it
is “creative genius.”). Scott has worked as a mentor and guide to young people and
athletes and taught at the university level. As an avid outdoors person, he claims it is
his silhouette on our logo, having just summitted Katahdin, most likely with one of his
three daughters, or his wife, Jeri. He holds a doctorate in psychology from James
Madison University.
